We received our new carpet cleaning machine from America. It is what is called an Oscillating Pad machine mainly used for Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning called the Orbot. We utilize what is called an Encapsulation cleaning agent that can be either sprayed on your carpet or put down via the shampoo method. We then run the Orbot over your carpet using very little water and the cotton bonnet or synthetic pad absorbs the oily soil left in the carpet after pre-vacuuming. Any left over soil is encapsulated in the shampoo and drys to a crystal which easily vacuums out or breaks of the carpet once dry.
