What is the Difference between a Spot and a Stain?

http://www.icsmag.com/articles/the-difference-between-a-spot-and-a-stain You can find the answer here:

Carpet Soil.

Up to 79% of the soil present in Carpet is of an insoluble particulate or fibrous nature. The majority of this soil generally accumulates around your main entry area into your home or office. It generally settles in the lower third part of the carpet fibre due to forces of gravity. These soils are most easily removed when they are dry by a thorough pre-vacuum with a Quality upright vacuum or a vacuum with a turbo or power head.

Low moisture carpet cleaning

Low moisture carpet cleaning using the encapsulation process can give you excellent results with a minimal drying time. It is more environmentally friendly because very little water is used. Drying times can be between 1-3 hours and your carpets a left fresh and clean with no wet doggy smells. We use the Orbot an oscillating pad machine which helps to agitate the encapsulation shampoo through your carpet eliminating drink spills and other spots and stains.
